Post Brexit: The fate of immigration in 2021

Mayer Brown
20/11/2020

PART ONE

The Brexit transition period is coming to an end and the UK will leave the EU single market on 31 December 2020. Are you ready for what happens next? This webinar will shed light on the specifics, including:

  • the freedom of movement of EEA nationals to study, work and reside in the UK;
  • a new framework for UK immigration control, which is due to come into force at the beginning of 2021.

Mayer Brown lawyers will present an overview of these major changes and explore the impact on multinational organisations, EEA citizens and Legal Right to Work policy and compliance, and also consider the position of British citizens wishing to live and work in the EU from the end of this year.

We invite you to share in advance any particular issues you would like to be covered in the webinar (please contact us via this link), and if you are not able to attend but have colleagues that would like to, please share this invitation and registration details with them.
